Lynn Vasquez is committed to achieving 100% renewable energy for District 13 while protecting our sacred ‘āina for future generations.
Our plan focuses on solar equity for local businesses, decentralized power grids for disaster resilience, and community-led stewardship of our watersheds and coastlines. We will lower electricity costs by accelerating the green transition and creating sustainable, home-grown jobs right hēre in our neighborhood.

Lynn believes that every child in District 13 deserves access to a world-class education. By prioritizing universal pre-K and classroom modernization, we can ensure our schools remain the heart of our community. We must also address the retention of our dedicated teachers by providing competitive compensation and affordable housing solutions.

Lynn’s plan focuses on expanding the 'Farm to School' programs , providing tax incentives for small-scale local farmers, and establishing community hubs where families can access fresh, affordable produce directly from the source. She will work with farmers and stakeholder to find ways to increase local food production, and also things like farmers markets that provide direct access to locally made/grown goods. Lynn will also fight to develop a comprehensive plan to identify high food insecurity areas and polcieis to address them.
